The processing of personal data and any information collected will be limited to what is necessary, appropriate, and relevant in relation to the purposes outlined in this notice. Consent from the data subject is understood as granted implicitly, in accordance with Article 8 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
SISTEMA ADUANAL PROFESIONAL S.C. commits to retaining personal data only for the periods established by the Customs Law and other applicable regulations. Once this period has expired, the data subject may request to revoke consent for the processing of their personal data. The request must include:
• Full name, mailing address, and email address for response.
• Documents proving identity or legal representation.
• A clear and precise description of the personal data for which use or disclosure is to be limited.
• Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the corresponding data.
Requests must be submitted in person at the offices of SISTEMA ADUANAL PROFESIONAL S.C., directly with the Legal Department. Upon receipt, the company will respond within a maximum of 20 business days, and enforce the decision within 15 business days after the response is communicated to the data subject.
The data subject may request from SISTEMA ADUANAL PROFESIONAL S.C. access to their personal data, as well as details about its use, request rectification in case of inaccuracies, cancellation if the data is no longer needed for the purposes described in this privacy notice, or object to its use for specific purposes. The request must contain:
